From Research to Publication: How We Helped 260 Faculty Members and Students Publish With Confidence

The Challenge

An NAAC Grade A medical university, accredited by NABH and NMC, in Nashik approached us with a real challenge—excellent clinical and research work was being done, but it wasn’t translating into peer-reviewed publications. Faculty and students had the ideas, but lacked the confidence, structure, and guidance needed to take their research from draft to publication.

So, we built a solution around them.

The Program

Here is what the program looked like:

  • 3 batches trained, comprising 50 faculty members and 210 students
  • 24 instructor-led training sessions, totaling 72 hours of learning
  • 15 virtual and 18 on-site doubt-solving sessions
  • AI-integrated writing support, focused on responsible and ethical use
  • Access to TuraDome, our customized platform for conducting scientific research and developing scientific publications with quality and timeliness
  • Personalized feedback, with an average review turnaround time of 5 working days
  • 260 professional certifications issued upon completion

Each element was chosen deliberately: TuraDome gave participants a single platform for structured, trackable manuscript review, while the AI-integrated writing support was designed specifically for responsible and ethical use—not as a shortcut.

The Results

  • 72 manuscripts submitted and reviewed
  • 49 manuscripts submitted to peer-reviewed journals
  • 15 research papers successfully published
  • 34 manuscripts currently under journal review

But the numbers only tell part of the story.

The Cultural Shift

What really shifted was the culture. Faculty and students began to see research not as an added burden, but as a strategic pillar of academic excellence. Confidence grew. Processes became clearer. And the institution started building an ecosystem where research could truly thrive.

Participants reported feeling more prepared, more capable, and more motivated to pursue independent publication—and that’s exactly what long-term impact looks like.

Programs like this reflect where academic research support is heading: structured, sustained, and built into institutional culture rather than delivered as a one-off workshop.

If your institution is facing similar challenges, we’d welcome the opportunity to discuss how we can help build a stronger research culture.
